Anguilla, B.W.I. – March 1, 2007 – Own the hotel, or more precisely, rent the inn!

Guests will relax and unwind at Arawak Beach Inn in the company of their peers when they rent out 15 rooms of this delightful inn for family affairs, intimate weddings, ultimate bachelor/bacherlorette escapes, milestone birthdays or make up a reason to celebrate!  Located on the posh island of Anguilla, Arawak Beach Inn offers laid-back accommodations for the leisure-bound traveler.

Rates for Arawak’s Rent the Inn program are available year round starting at $1085 per person* based on a seven-night stay for the 15 rooms which accommodate up to 30 people (based on double occupancy).  Vacationers will enjoy the all-inclusive meal plan, an excursion to a private island, welcome drink upon arrival, and all transfers.  This represents a savings of 30% compared to regular per room, per night rates and comes out to as little as $155 per person, per night.

Conveniently located on one of the Caribbean’s swankiest islands, pristine and tranquil beaches provide an excellent setting for bridal parties, milestone birthdays, family reunions and much more.  The all-inclusive meal plan includes daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, and house drinks by the glass.

Arawak Beach Inn offers the privacy of home while enjoying all the services, facilities, and staffing of a hotel, a win-win for small groups.  Guests can lounge by the pool, take a quick boat trip over to Scilly Cay for live music and delicious lobster, or go to nearby Shoal Bay Beach for parasailing, restaurants, bars and entertainment.

The Arawak Beach Café offers delicious home cooked meals by the Inn’s charming chef Maude.  If guests want to cook a family recipe or show off their skills to colleagues, they can give Maude the night off and cook in the kitchen.  Maria, the Innkeeper, will do what it takes to make the most memorable moments.  She is also available to plan group excursions including day trips to St. Martin or an uninhabited private island.

For reservations contact the reservations office at 1-877-4-ARAWAK or e-mail relax@arawakbeach.com.

“This intimate gem sings with island warmth and color,” says Fodor’s.  Arawak Beach Inn features a pool, the Arawak Beach Inn Café, home of the Caribbean’s best pizza, a bar, and oceanfront accommodations boasting a balcony or deck with spectacular views, a king- or queen-size bed, a refrigerator, and a private bath.  Most Oceanfront Deluxe rooms also include cable TV and four-poster beds.  But the best part may be Maria Hawkins, Arawak’s exuberant innkeeper extraordinaire who offers chauffeured rides around the island in the inn’s pick-up truck and invites guest into the kitchen to whip up their favorite meal.  Maria makes guests feel at home while in paradise.

The pace at Arawak is entirely up to guests. Lazing around the pool and enjoying the Arawak Beach Inn Café’s delicious Caribbean fare and International cuisine is a popular “activity.”  For more adventurous guests, inn staff members will arrange boat excursions, sailing trips, tennis, and diving for an extra fee.  Deserted beaches are a short stroll away for snorkeling and letting sand seep through toes.
