Rates applicable to 3 month minimum stay and are in US dollars per unit per month

For 2 months stay, add 10%. For 1 month stay, add 25%.  Not available for less than 1 month: Shorter stays charged at nightly rates.

Maximum occupancy as specified in rental agreement, but not to exceed two designated adults per rental, plus any agreed children.

Rates subject to 10% government tax and $1 a day per person Tourism Levy (neither applicable to residents of Anguilla) and a reduced 5% service charge.

Above rates may also be applicable to 2011. They are subject to change at any time, but are guaranteed once confirmed by the Inn and payment has been received.

Cable TV included in Deluxe category: available for $50 first month, then $35 per month in other units.  In Room High Speed Internet access:  available for $100 first month, then $60 per month (WiFi in Restaurant $50 per month;  included with in room internet).
